With around 15 years of professional experience across the government and private sectors, Ashutosh Shrivastava brings a strong combination of leadership, project management, business understanding and people-centric thinking to Worknova Staffing Solution India Private Limited.
A B.Tech. graduate in Computer Science and Engineering with an MBA in Project Management, he has been associated with diverse projects and responsibilities, including handling assignments as a Project Manager, managing teams, coordinating stakeholders and driving projects towards successful execution. His experience has given him a practical understanding of both organisational requirements and the challenges faced by employees working on contractual and outsourced assignments.
A Vision Driven by People
What distinguishes Ashutosh Shrivastava's leadership is his deep concern for the welfare, dignity and future security of contractual employees.
Over the years, he has observed a fundamental challenge in the workforce ecosystem: while contractual employees contribute significantly to the success of organisations, they can sometimes experience greater uncertainty around employment continuity, social security, career growth and access to benefits.
